1. Controller and scope
This Policy explains how the independent developer operating under the MontePixel Studio name handles information in connection with the Test Libreta de Conducir Uruguay mobile application (the “App”) for Android.
The App is an independent educational tool for practicing questions, mock exams, and road signs. It is not an official app of the Government of Uruguay or any departmental government.
2. Information you provide
The App requires no account or sign-in and does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or other contact details. If you contact the developer voluntarily by email or Telegram, the message is used only to respond, provide support, protect the App, or comply with law, and is kept only as long as reasonably necessary.
3. Information stored locally
The App may store on your device the selected language and theme, identifiers of favorite or incorrectly answered questions and signs, total time spent, and aggregate counts of views, answers, mistakes, and completed, passed, or failed exams.
This supports favorites, mistake review, statistics, and achievements. It is not sent to the developer or used to identify you. Device backups may include it depending on Google and your settings.
4. Advertising and device information
The App may show ads supplied by Google AdMob and Yandex Mobile Ads. These providers and authorized partners may process AAID and other identifiers; IP address and inferred approximate location; device, system, language, time zone, screen, network, and connection data; ad requests, impressions, clicks, frequency; and security, fraud, performance, or diagnostic data.
They may use this data for contextual or permitted personalized ads, frequency limits, measurement, reports, security, and fraud prevention. The developer may receive aggregated reports, not your name, email, or phone. Depending on region, age, settings, and law, the App may request consent or offer privacy choices.
5. Sharing and sale
The developer does not sell or rent personal information. Google, Yandex, and their authorized advertising partners may process data for the purposes above. Information may also be disclosed to comply with a valid legal obligation, enforce terms, or protect users, the App, or others.
6. External links, government sources and platforms
The App provides links to official government information and public documents from the Intendencia de Montevideo and Intendencia de Canelones.

The App is an independent educational application and does not represent, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by, any government entity.
Government document links and the developer’s Telegram channel open outside the App. Those services may receive ordinary technical data under their policies; the developer does not control that processing or receive your browsing activity. Google Play separately processes download, installation, purchase, or diagnostic data under its rules.
7. Permissions and device access
Apart from advertising-related identifiers when enabled and permitted, the App does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or personal files. External links open only after you select them.
8. Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you reset it in the App, clear App data, or uninstall it. Advertising providers retain data under their own policies. You can manage consent in available privacy controls and device settings. Support-correspondence requests may be sent to the developer.
9. Security
The developer minimizes data and keeps educational progress locally. Advertising providers protect the information they process. No electronic method is completely secure, but reasonable measures are applied to the limited information under the developer’s control.
10. Children
The App is not specifically directed to children and the developer does not knowingly request their personal information. Advertising and age settings must follow region, age, store classification, and law. Contact the developer if a child sent information through an external channel.
11. International processing
Advertising providers and external services may process information outside your country. Their policies describe relevant safeguards and legal bases.
12. Changes to this policy
The developer may update this Policy when features, advertising, data practices, or requirements change. The current version shows its last-updated date; material changes will be published with the applicable App version.

На устройстве могут сохраняться язык и тема, идентификаторы избранных вопросов и знаков, ошибочные ответы, общее время использования, а также суммарные счётчики просмотров, ответов, ошибок и завершённых, сданных или проваленных экзаменов.
Эти данные обеспечивают избранное, работу над ошибками, статистику и достижения. Они не отправляются MontePixel и не используются для идентификации. Резервные копии устройства могут включать их согласно настройкам и правилам Apple или Google.
4. Реклама и данные устройства
Реклама может предоставляться Google AdMob и Yandex Mobile Ads. Провайдеры и их партнёры могут обрабатывать AAID и другие идентификаторы; IP-адрес и приблизительное местоположение; данные об устройстве, системе, языке, часовом поясе, экране, сети; запросы, показы, клики и частоту рекламы; данные безопасности, диагностики, производительности и борьбы с мошенничеством.
Данные могут использоваться для контекстной или разрешённой персонализированной рекламы, ограничения частоты, измерений, отчётов и безопасности. Разработчик может получать сводные отчёты, но не имя, email или телефон. В зависимости от региона, возраста, настроек и закона Приложение может запросить согласие.
5. Передача и продажа
Разработчик не продаёт и не сдаёт в аренду персональные данные. Google, Yandex и их рекламные партнёры могут обрабатывать их для описанных целей. Раскрытие также возможно для исполнения законной обязанности, применения условий или защиты пользователей, Приложения и других лиц.

Приложение предоставляет ссылки на официальную государственную информацию и публичные документы Intendencia de Montevideo и Intendencia de Canelones.

Приложение является независимым образовательным приложением, не представляет государственные органы, не связано с ними и не одобрено ими.
Ссылки на государственные документы и Telegram-канал разработчика открываются вне Приложения. Эти сервисы могут получать обычные технические данные по своим правилам; разработчик не контролирует обработку и не получает историю просмотра. Google Play отдельно обрабатывает данные загрузки, установки, покупки и диагностики.
7. Разрешения и доступ к устройству
Кроме рекламных идентификаторов, когда реклама включена и разрешена, Приложение не запрашивает доступ к геолокации, камере, микрофону, контактам, фотографиям и личным файлам. Внешняя ссылка открывается только после выбора пользователя.
8. Хранение и удаление
Локальные данные хранятся до сброса в Приложении, очистки данных или удаления Приложения. Рекламные провайдеры хранят данные по своим правилам. Согласием можно управлять в доступных настройках приватности и на устройстве. По переписке с поддержкой можно обратиться к нам.
9. Безопасность
Разработчик минимизирует данные и хранит учебный прогресс локально. За защиту обрабатываемой ими информации отвечают рекламные провайдеры. Абсолютно безопасных электронных методов нет, но разработчик применяет разумные меры для ограниченного объёма данных под его контролем.
10. Дети
Приложение не предназначено специально для детей, и разработчик сознательно не запрашивает их персональные данные. Реклама и возрастные настройки должны соответствовать региону, возрасту, классификации магазина и закону. Сообщите разработчику, если ребёнок отправил данные через внешний канал.
11. Международная обработка
Рекламные провайдеры и внешние сервисы могут обрабатывать данные за пределами вашей страны. Их политики описывают применимые гарантии и правовые основания.
12. Изменения политики
Политика может обновляться при изменении функций, рекламы, обработки данных или требований. В актуальной версии указывается дата обновления; существенные изменения публикуются вместе с соответствующей версией Приложения.

Esta Política explica cómo el desarrollador independiente que trabaja bajo el nombre MontePixel Studio trata información relacionada con Test Libreta de Conducir Uruguay (la “Aplicación”) para Android.
La Aplicación es una herramienta educativa independiente para practicar preguntas, simulacros y señales. No es una aplicación oficial del Gobierno de Uruguay ni de ninguna intendencia.
2. Información que proporcionas
La Aplicación no requiere cuenta ni inicio de sesión y no solicita nombre, email, teléfono u otros datos de contacto. Si escribes voluntariamente al desarrollador por email o Telegram, el mensaje se usa solo para responder, prestar soporte, proteger la Aplicación o cumplir la ley, y se conserva únicamente el tiempo razonablemente necesario.
3. Información almacenada localmente
La Aplicación puede guardar en tu dispositivo el idioma y tema, identificadores de preguntas y señales favoritas o contestadas incorrectamente, tiempo total de uso y cantidades acumuladas de vistas, respuestas, errores y exámenes completados, aprobados o no aprobados.
Esto permite ofrecer favoritos, repaso de errores, estadísticas y logros. No se envía a MontePixel ni se usa para identificarte. Las copias de seguridad pueden incluirla según los ajustes y las políticas de Apple o Google.
4. Publicidad e información del dispositivo
La Aplicación puede mostrar anuncios de Google AdMob y Yandex Mobile Ads. Sus proveedores y socios autorizados pueden tratar AAID y otros identificadores; IP y ubicación aproximada; datos del dispositivo, sistema, idioma, zona horaria, pantalla, red y conexión; solicitudes, impresiones, clics y frecuencia; y datos de seguridad, fraude, rendimiento o diagnóstico.
Pueden usarlos para anuncios contextuales o personalizados cuando esté permitido, limitar frecuencia, medir, informar y prevenir fraude. El desarrollador puede recibir informes agregados, no tu nombre, email o teléfono. Según región, edad, ajustes y ley, la Aplicación puede pedir consentimiento.
5. Comunicación y venta
El desarrollador no vende ni alquila información personal. Google, Yandex y sus socios pueden tratarla para los fines descritos. También puede comunicarse para cumplir una obligación legal válida, aplicar condiciones o proteger a usuarios, la Aplicación u otras personas.

La Aplicación es una herramienta educativa independiente; no representa a ninguna entidad gubernamental, no está afiliada a ella ni cuenta con su respaldo.
Los enlaces a documentos gubernamentales y al canal de Telegram del desarrollador se abren fuera de la Aplicación. Esos servicios pueden recibir datos técnicos habituales según sus políticas; no controlamos el tratamiento ni recibimos tu navegación. Google Play trata por separado datos de descarga, instalación, compra o diagnóstico.
7. Permisos y acceso al dispositivo
Salvo identificadores publicitarios cuando estén activados y permitidos, la Aplicación no solicita acceso a ubicación, cámara, micrófono, contactos, fotos o archivos personales. Un enlace externo solo se abre cuando lo seleccionas.
8. Conservación y eliminación
Los datos locales permanecen hasta que los restableces en la Aplicación, borras sus datos o la desinstalas. Los proveedores publicitarios conservan datos según sus políticas. 9. Seguridad
El desarrollador minimiza los datos y mantiene localmente el progreso educativo. Los proveedores publicitarios protegen la información que tratan. Ningún método electrónico es completamente seguro, pero el desarrollador aplica medidas razonables para la información limitada bajo su control.
10. Menores
La Aplicación no está dirigida específicamente a niños y el desarrollador no solicita deliberadamente sus datos. La publicidad y ajustes de edad deben seguir región, edad, clasificación de tienda y ley. Contacta con el desarrollador si un menor envió datos por un canal externo.
11. Tratamiento internacional
Los proveedores publicitarios y servicios externos pueden tratar información fuera de tu país. Sus políticas explican las garantías y bases legales aplicables.
12. Cambios en esta política
El desarrollador puede actualizarla cuando cambien las funciones, publicidad, prácticas de datos o requisitos. La versión vigente indicará su fecha; los cambios relevantes se publicarán con la versión correspondiente de la Aplicación.
