1. Information we collect
The App does not require registration and does not ask for your name, phone number, address, passport details, or payment information.
It may process app settings, selected language and vehicle category, learning progress, favorites, mistakes, statistics, app interaction data, advertising identifiers, device information, and technical diagnostics.
The App itself does not request or determine your country and does not use GPS, location permissions, IP geolocation, or a developer-owned backend for this purpose.
2. Local data storage
Learning progress, mistakes, favorites, statistics, settings, language, vehicle category, and other preferences may be stored locally on your device. This data helps the App work and improve your learning experience; it is not sent to our own servers.
You can delete it by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App. Device backups may include local data depending on your operating-system settings.
3. Advertising
The App may show ads through Google AdMob and Yandex Mobile Ads. It first attempts to load an ad with Google AdMob and may use Yandex as a fallback; if no ad is available, none is shown.
These providers may process advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred by the provider, device and app interaction data, ad impressions and clicks, and diagnostics. They act under their own policies. You may be offered consent or privacy controls where required.
4. Third-party services
The App may use Google AdMob and Yandex Mobile Ads for advertising, diagnostics, security, and technical purposes. It no longer uses a third-party IP-geolocation service to determine a user’s country.
5. Analytics and diagnostics
Technical information may be processed to understand performance, detect errors, maintain stability, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve the App. This can include device type, operating system and app versions, crash logs, performance data, and app interaction data.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is a general educational tool and is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly ask children for personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through an external support channel, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
7. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Data may be processed by the advertising and technical providers described above under their policies and applicable law, or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect users and the App.
8. Data security
We minimize the information under our control and use reasonable safeguards. No method of electronic storage or Internet transmission is completely secure. Third-party providers are responsible for protecting the information they process.
9. Your choices
You can limit or reset advertising identifiers and manage ad personalization in your device settings or available consent controls. You can remove local App data by clearing it or uninstalling the App.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, data practices, advertising configuration, or requirements change. The current version will show a revised “Last updated” date.

Приложение не требует регистрации и не запрашивает имя, номер телефона, адрес, паспортные или платёжные данные.

Само Приложение не запрашивает и не определяет страну пользователя и не использует для этого GPS, разрешение на геолокацию, IP-геолокацию или сервер разработчика.
2. Локальное хранение
Учебный прогресс, ошибки, избранное, статистика, настройки, язык, категория транспорта и другие предпочтения могут храниться только на устройстве. Они нужны для работы Приложения и не отправляются на наши серверы.
Удалить их можно, очистив данные Приложения или удалив его. Резервная копия устройства может включать локальные данные — это зависит от настроек операционной системы.
3. Реклама
Приложение может показывать рекламу через Google AdMob и Yandex Mobile Ads. Сначала реклама запрашивается у Google AdMob, а Yandex может использоваться как резервный вариант; если объявлений нет, реклама не показывается.
Эти провайдеры могут обрабатывать рекламные идентификаторы, IP-адрес, приблизительное местоположение, определённое провайдером, данные об устройстве и использовании, показы и клики, а также диагностику. Обработка ведётся по их правилам. Там, где это требуется, будут доступны запрос согласия и настройки приватности.
4. Сторонние сервисы
Google AdMob и Yandex Mobile Ads могут использоваться для рекламы, диагностики, безопасности и технических задач. Приложение больше не использует сторонний сервис IP-геолокации для определения страны.
5. Аналитика и диагностика
Технические данные могут обрабатываться для оценки производительности, поиска ошибок, стабильности, измерения рекламы, предотвращения мошенничества и улучшения Приложения. К ним относятся тип устройства, версии ОС и Приложения, отчёты о сбоях, данные производительности и взаимодействия.
6. Конфиденциальность детей
Приложение является общим образовательным инструментом и не предназначено специально для детей. Мы сознательно не запрашиваем у детей персональные данные. Если ребёнок передал их через внешний канал поддержки, сообщите нам — мы проверим обращение и при необходимости удалим данные.
7. Передача данных
Мы не продаём и не сдаём в аренду персональные данные. Данные могут обрабатываться указанными рекламными и техническими провайдерами по их правилам и применимому праву либо раскрываться для исполнения законных требований или защиты пользователей и Приложения.
8. Безопасность
Мы минимизируем объём контролируемой информации и применяем разумные меры защиты. Ни один способ электронного хранения или передачи данных через интернет не гарантирует абсолютную безопасность. Сторонние провайдеры отвечают за данные, которые обрабатывают.
9. Ваш выбор
В настройках устройства или доступном интерфейсе согласия можно ограничить или сбросить рекламный идентификатор и настроить персонализацию рекламы. Локальные данные удаляются через очистку данных или удаление Приложения.
10. Изменения политики
Мы можем обновлять политику при изменении функций, обработки данных, рекламы или требований. В актуальной версии будет указана новая дата обновления.

La Aplicación no exige registrarse ni solicita nombre, teléfono, dirección, datos de pasaporte o información de pago.

3. Publicidad
La Aplicación puede mostrar anuncios mediante Google AdMob y Yandex Mobile Ads. Primero intenta cargar un anuncio de Google y puede usar Yandex como alternativa; si no hay anuncios disponibles, no muestra ninguno.
Estos proveedores pueden tratar identificadores publicitarios, dirección IP, ubicación aproximada inferida por el proveedor, datos del dispositivo y uso, impresiones, clics y diagnósticos. Actúan conforme a sus políticas. Cuando sea obligatorio, se ofrecerán consentimiento y controles de privacidad.
4. Servicios de terceros

7. Comunicación de datos
No vendemos ni alquilamos datos personales. Los proveedores publicitarios y técnicos indicados pueden tratarlos conforme a sus políticas y la ley, o pueden comunicarse para cumplir una obligación legal o proteger a usuarios y a la Aplicación.
8. Seguridad
Minimizamos la información bajo nuestro control y aplicamos medidas razonables. Ningún método electrónico es completamente seguro. Los proveedores externos son responsables de proteger la información que tratan.
9. Tus opciones
Puedes limitar o restablecer identificadores publicitarios y gestionar la personalización desde los ajustes del dispositivo o los controles de consentimiento. Puedes eliminar los datos locales borrando los datos o desinstalando la Aplicación.
10. Cambios en esta política
